Non-Technical Lessons from the Last 3 Years

Writing my blog consistently has been challenging, possibly due to balancing work and personal life. The last post I made was six months ago, and before that, it had been since 2021. Despite the inconsistency, I’ve still learned a lot from my day-to-day experiences as a developer. Here are some non-technical lessons I’ve learned over the past two years:

1. Logging Your Work
   Always keep a log of your work. Initially, it might seem unnecessary and like an extra task, but over time you’ll realize its importance, especially if you have a boss who questions your productivity and how you spend your time and their money.

2. Always Give Your Best Every Day
It may sound cliché, but it’s true. Sometimes we take each day for granted until it’s too late to learn something new or put forth our best effort.

3. Prepare for the Worst-Case Scenario
In the tech industry today, both large and small companies can face financial issues, which sometimes lead to layoffs. It’s essential to be prepared for these situations.
