Why hiring an experienced developer is the most preferred by some companies?
Well I am thinking to change the title because it’s very long but I think this is the best I can describe this blog. This question is the most asked of every fresh graduate and entry level who is looking for a work as a developer and even I asked it to myself. “How will I get the experience if they don’t hire me” this is the next question to myself.
But after a couple of years working as a developer I realized that it’s a gamble to hire a fresh graduate developer especially if the company is just starting or it has not really settled down — yet. It’s very hard for a company to train an employee for a couple of months before contributing for a project.
I can’t say don’t gamble to apply in companies looking for an experienced developer. This blog explained the questions of every applicant who are rejected every time the employer found out that you don’t have any job related experience. My advice for you my reader who relates with this question is: don’t stop, I didn’t stop until I looked for the company who hired me and trained me. It’s a long run and it’s a process but you need to motivate yourself even if you are rejected for your applications. Don’t stop and follow your dreams.
